How Will It Work?
All submissions will be reviewed by the Conference Advisory Board. Selected ideas will:
• Be refined and co-developed in collaboration with our facilitation and programming team
• Have access to logistical, content, and moderation support
• Be featured as a central part of the interactive tracks of the conference
• Receive a certificate of contribution and recognition during the event
Note: Moderation or facilitation may be assigned to additional experts, but we expect idea proponents to be actively involved in shaping, presenting, or facilitating the session.

For Panel Discussions
Ideal Format: 60–75 minutes | 3–4 speakers + moderator
Purpose: Explore a key topic or issue through diverse expert voices and perspectives
Submission Should Include:
• Title of the proposed panel
• Summary (300–400 words) explaining:
o Key issue or question to be addressed
o Relevance to the theme
o Proposed panel structure and format (Q&A, audience interaction, etc.)
• Suggested panelists and moderator (with brief bios)
• Intended audience and outcomes
For Workshops / Training Sessions / Skill Labs
Ideal Format: 90–120 minutes | Up to 2 facilitators
Purpose: Facilitate hands-on learning or skill-building in a specific mental health practice or approach
Submission Should Include:
• Title of the workshop/training
• Description (300–500 words) covering:
o Learning objectives
o Format and methodology (experiential activities, breakout groups, tools, etc.)
o Relevance to theme or sub-theme
• Target audience (e.g., counselors, educators, youth, professionals)
• Requirements (materials, tech, space needs)
